The first fully permitted hemp house (technically a guest cottage) in Mendocino county California. 420 sq.ft footprint with a mezzanine for a total floor area of 650 sq.ft. The roof trusses and exposed beams were made from 210 year old repurposed oak hauled from Anlters family farm house constructed b his great great great grandfather, in Kentucky.

HempLime was used for the walls and roof and a LimeSand render was used for internal and external walls.
